I have several commissioned paintings on the go right now. One of my friends wanted me to create something using this photo from her wedding day:

I turned the photo into a beautiful painting using oil paints applied with a palette knife. The end result? A classic black and white portrait made modern with texture!

I painted all weekend!
Even though I started this painting a couple of weeks ago when I was painting at MAC, I didn’t get a chance to finish it till now…
This is officially painting #4 in my sexy hot chick portrait painting series!!!

I’m SO excited to see them all together…on a gallery wall!
So I was searching for an animation online recently and stumbled upon this little gem…

I was with Paul Buceta at the time and we both burst out laughing ‘cuz the cartoon totally looks like me!! Haha-larious!
Despite the fact that I’m jet-settin’ like a mad woman (weeeee!) for work, I have many painting days ahead!
Several people have commissioned me for portrait paintings…
A couple out in Calgary; a portrait for friends of the family and a friend of mine who recently got married….
I’ll keep you posted as to what I come up with
My friend, Celeste Morton, recently celebrated her birthday. I love her dearly, so I really wanted to do something extraordinary for her special day…
After cracking my brain for days, I decided the best gift would be a painting of us – ‘cuz were hot! LOL.
I found a picture of me and Celeste and painted an (fkn awesome!) painting (below)…
